What is Uptown Village Market?

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - The Uptown Village Market is THE newest place for artists and creators of well-crafted goods to show and sell their work. We are seeking artisans and vendors who create unique, high quality, and, above all, HANDCRAFTED items to include in this juried event.

The Uptown Village Market will be held Friday, June 1, and Saturday, June 2 in Long Beach. Opening night will be held in conjunction with the popular First Fridays art walk event, a night of art, music and food, which regularly draws a crowd of over 1000 participants to the lively Bixby Knolls area of Long Beach. Expect an environment that will be both artful and surprising.

We are looking for original products, handmade items, and a variety of eclectic and sophisticated creations ranging from jewelry, stationary, fashion, art, ceramic and glass wares, edibles, and accessories for the home, garden, pets, kids, men and women. 

The event will be promoted through all community channels, social networking sites, newspaper ads and printed material. 
 

Participating vendors will be asked to help with event publicity by posting on their own social media sites and distributing invitations to clients, local businesses and friends. If you’d like to take part in what is sure to be an exciting, creative, and friendly market, just fill out the application, include the required items and send it in ASAP.
